About the Role

As a Service Leader, you will work in our large service agreements within distribution networks, maintaining overhead and underground cable networks at various voltage levels.

We are looking for someone who is motivated to create the best conditions for the technicians in the field and for the organization. The work involves a strong focus on safety, progress, engagement, and quality. Our hope is that you will help the business grow and generate further opportunities in collaboration with customers and suppliers. In the role of Service Leader, you will primarily work from your office, but you will also be out on site. The work is independent, but at the same time requires a strong focus on collaboration and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Some of your main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for business planning and project execution through work leadership and coordination.
  • Inform and report on the project's status to the client.
  • Responsible for the financial outcome of the projects/assignments and handle closure and follow-up on finances.
  • Participate in construction meetings and negotiations with the client.
  • Actively contribute to creating Sweden's safest workplace together.

Travel is a natural part of the work as a Service Leader. Projects within the service agreements require shorter day trips within the nearest geography.

Requirements

As a Service Leader with us, you will be the technicians' primary contact for the work performed in the field. Leadership is a significant part of everyday life, and therefore we are looking for someone with a problem-solving and coaching approach.

In addition to leadership, a large part of the work is to independently drive projects forward. We are therefore looking for someone who wants to take responsibility and has a strong commitment to their assignments. You are motivated to offer service and quality to your colleagues and customers, you act commercially with good entrepreneurship, and you would never let profitability come before safety. At Vattenfall Services, safety always comes first!

We know that you will develop together with us. But we would like you to already have:

  • A completed upper secondary education or higher, preferably in electrical engineering, power, technology, economics, or another relevant field.
  • Work experience in leadership or project management.
  • Work experience in the electrical or power sector, or general electrical knowledge is an advantage.
  • Experience from the contracting industry is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with process-driven work in case management systems such as BÄST.
  • Experience with SAP and Power BI.
  • Driver's license (B), as travel is required in the position.
  • Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
